CEO of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC) and former Member of Parliament, Peter Braid brings global best practices, digital innovation, and climate insurance expertise to the programme through international collaboration.

An economist and branding specialist, Bankole leads Nigeria's Climate Innovation Centre, powered by the World Bank and Nigerian Government. He supports ISSP's focus on sustainability, climate resilience, innovation, and entrepreneurship, while driving the programme's climate insurance ecosystem.

Rashidat Adebisi is a Chartered Insurer and Accountant with over 20 years of leadership experience. As Chief Client Officer and Board Member at AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, she oversees key insurance businesses and champions technology-driven protection across Africa.

Dr. Betty Adepoju is a digital strategist, entrepreneur, and mentor with over a decade of experience. As Founder and CEO of Scallop Media and Technology and Scallop Digital Academy, she delivers digital transformation solutions and promotes climate insurance through technology and stakeholder engagement.
